REAL ESTATE LITIGATION SOLICITOR - WEST MIDLANDS

Our client is a Legal 50 firm with over 150 years in legal practice and now employs over 1200 people in offices around the country. They are a full service law firm and invest time in order to build good working relationships with clients. They combine professional expertise with a personalised approach to deliver legal services to all their clients.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join the team in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will manage caseload of commercial real estate litigation matters including commercial landlord and tenant in the retail and leisure sector. The role will involve working alongside the Real Estate team and within a leading Litigation team which includes four partners.
About You
You will be a Solicitor with 1 - 2 years` PQE or equivalent.
You must have post-qualification experience within a Real Estate Litigation department is essential for this role.
You will have solid experience in possession claims, tenant default, break notices, forfeiture, dilapidation claims, business lease renewals, insolvency, service charge issues and claims relating to landlords consent.
You will have excellent academics.
You must have excellent communication and client care skills.
Business development experience would be an advantage but a willingness to assist in the expansion of the business is essential.
