Job Description

This highly-regarded commercial firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to their market-leading and busy property litigation department in their Birmingham office. You will have 1 - 2 Years' PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in dealing with complex property litigation caseloads, specifically Commercial landlord and tenant work, including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlord's consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, and tenant default and insolvency.

You will have good solid academics and be able to work effectively as part of the property litigation team.
