One of the UK's most progressive national commercial law firms seeks a rainmaker to shape and expand their real estate practice in Birmingham.

With the full support of the existing partners based both locally and across the firm's wider national network, and a small team on the ground in Birmingham, you'll benefit from access to an enviable client list across the private and public sectors and a fertile platform from which to develop the practice. You'll be the figurehead around whom the firm will quickly seek to recruit a team of lawyers of the highest calibre.

Possessing strong client contacts and/or following and a flair for business development, this role would suit either an established property partner or senior associate seeking a Head of Department position or an existing HoD attracted to the fresh challenge of spearheading the growth of a substantial market leading practice.
