COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - WOLVERHAMPTON
Multi office practice actively seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
You will have experience in
- Buying and selling of all types of commercial property and assisting with the general management of property portfolios
- Business leases & licences, rent & reviews
- Option agreements and joint ventures
- Conditional contracts
For this firm, face to face contact with clients is very important. You must be prepared to see clients at whichever office is most convenient for them. You must appreciate that in some circumstances seeing clients at their home or work is necessary or preferable.
