A highly skilled Solicitor (4+ yrs PQE) with considerable Commercial Property experience is currently required for a Birmingham Law firm. Salary up to £60k.
The Client: The client: This law firm has been providing an excellent service to their clients for over 200 years, they are well established and highly recognised and respected. All of the staff at this firm's many offices are highly experienced and dedicated this ensures a practical approach for their clients and an excellent working environment for their staff
The Role: Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor who has extensive experience of Commercial Property and ideally a following. The successful candidate will be handling a mixed caseload, to depend upon the work that the candidate brings with them. Existing work consists of: Building and development agreements, business leases, planning and environmental, funding, plot acquisitions and disposals, portfolio sales and purchases, property management etc.
The right candidate will earn up to £60k and benefit from a personal pension plan, travel scheme, childcare voucher scheme and 23 days holiday (plus an additional 2 at New Year/Christmas).
