An expanding Commercial Property team in Solihull is currently seeking a skilled Solicitor to help support an increasing caseload. Salary up to £55k.
The Client: Our client has been established since the early 1980's and has two successful Midland offices. The firm offer a range of legal service to their clients which is supported by friendly and expert Legal Personnel.
The Role: Our client is seeking qualified Solicitors (4-5yrs PQE) with a good working background in Commercial Property to help support this busy department. The successful applicant will be working on an existing caseload and then gradually taking on more work, the caseload will be varies and will include: local developers, retail & industrial units, land acquisition/disposals, commercial leases and rent reviews. Ideally candidates will have experience of networking with local and national clients.
Friendly and productive Solicitors who are highly organised and efficient will be best suited to this challenging yet rewarding opportunity. Salary up to £55k.
