The Commercial Property team is led by ten Partners providing a huge range and depth of resources and knowledge across all commercial property sectors. Clients include national PLC developer clients and a significant number of Blue Chip companies Real estate is at the very core of their business and the appointment of a Commercial Property PSL is now key to their progression and ability to provide their clients with a top notch, solution driven service. Your duties will be centered on: 1) Creating knowledge banks for departmental colleagues to use daily, and for firm-wide colleagues to refer to as required 2) Keeping up to date with legislative changes and informing the team/firm appropriately 3) Delivering training and seminars as necessary 4) Collating and distributing opinions, advise, articles and market intelligence as necessary Due to the very nature of the role they are looking for a technically able lawyer with the creative thinking and energy to join their pre-eminent team. This really is a superb role for someone who is looking for flexibility, autonomy and responsibility.
