Commercial property solicitor worried about your future? This firm has an exciting role for a key recruit to be the second in command.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial property assistant or an incumbent associate looking for the number 2 slot. You will be joining a dedicated property team providing all aspects of commercial property advice covering L&T, development and secured lending.
You will be a highly confident commercial property solicitor with excellent training under your belt and at least 3 years' high quality commercial property PQE. You will presently be working with commercially minded organisations such as PLCs, pension funds, developers, RSLs, government bodies, house builders and investors.
This is a rare role in the current climate we are facing, however this firm has a national property team with a high profile repeat business client base. The full partnership is supportive of this piece of recruitment. The property team is key to the business plan and is an expanding area of the firm's practice
