You will be leading a department and eventually office and will therefore be able to demonstrate a solid and successful career within not only commercial property and wider commercial matters, but also networking and business development. This position is suitable for someone looking for a new challenge in what is a buoyant geographical area.
The successful candidate will be able to highlight successes within commercial property covering all aspects of development and purchasing, landlord and tenant and property finance files. You will have strong academics with a desire to succeed and drive a department and office forward.
