Job Description

Our client (a leading Midlands practice) is seeking to recruit an Assistant Solicitor/FILEX with at least 1 year+ PQE (or relevant knowledge and capability) to work within the firm's Property Department. On joining, you will have a  detailed knowledge and capability with all areas of Site acquisition and Disposal including Section 106 Agreements, 'Golden Brick' Agreements, Development Agreements, Land Contracts and Infrastructure Agreements.  

Applicants applying will ideally be 1-3 years PQE, however, applicants with a greater level of PQE will also be considered.
