A Commercial Property Solicitor with between 3-5 years PQE is now required by Frances Armstrong Associates LLP on behalf of one of the largest law firms in the West Midlands, now operating out of three offices.
Based in Stourbridge, this wonderful opportunity now exists to join one of the most successful Law firms in the area. Due to a consistent rate of growth, the company established with over 125 years has now grown to over 160 staff and is looking for a committed and driven individual to help undertake the increasing volumes of work.
Prospective applicants will need to be UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitors with a min of 3+ years UK PQE and have gained experience in undertaking a full range of Commercial Property Transactions with little or no supervision.
All applicants must have experience in managing their own caseloads from inception through to completion.

Role:
* Handling a full caseload of Commercial Property Transactions
* Managing own Commercial caseloads from inception through to completion.
* Maintaining and assisting Clients’ to the highest level
* Assisting in marketing the services of the firm and department.
Candidate:
* Min experience requirement is 3+ years current UK Commercial Property experience
* UK qualified Solicitor
Salaries: From £35,000 to £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience ) and an excellent benefits package
Start Date - ASAP
