Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join the Real Estate team of this nationally recognised and regarded practice based in Birmingham.  Initially, this role will be on a 12 month contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave, with definite scope for the role to become permanent at the end of that period.

The successful applicant will represent a number of international and national retail and corporate occupiers in relation to acquisition, disposal and estate management requirements.

Applications are invited from candidates with 1 year + PQE from a City or large regional practice.  Applicants should have experience of advising sophisticated property directors, in-house and external surveyors.
