A Property Litigation Solicitor is now urgently sought by this very impressive national law firm, whose presence is the field of Property Litigation is firmly established. Their Property Disputes team is expanding and looking for a solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join the team in the Birmingham office and make a big contribution to their future success.
The work cover the full range of real estate litigation work with a bias towards commercial landlord and tenant issues and particular emphasis on retail and leisure sector clients.
This firm is looking for experience in the core areas of landlord and tenant issues including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlords consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, tenant default and tenant insolvency
The clients are a good range of well-known national retailers; other ends users of commercial property and investment landlords
The department works closely with the non-contentious property team in order to develop and expand the contentious work in the Midlands and beyond, a relationship that has served both teams very well indeed.
The ideal candidate for this role must offer PQE with a recognised property litigation team. Marketing experience would place you at a distinct advantage although an aptitude for it is the minimum requirement.
