A specialist Property Solicitor or FILEX with 1-4 years' experience in sought by this go-ahead law firm as part of their expansion plans.
The team's work is for Registered Providers in the acquisition of land and buildings on their behalf for the provision of affordable housing.
Your caseload would involve carrying out work in the area of Site Acquisition and Disposal including Section 106 Agreements, "Golden Brick" Agreements, Development Agreements, Land Contracts and Infrastructure Agreements.
You would need relevant experience along with the ability to communicate at all levels, excellent time management and planning skills as well as a desire to grow your knowledge and experience in this specialist field of law.
