Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years UK pqe for an exciting new role with one of the midlands most exciting law firms.
Based from the firms Warwickshire offices, the successful applicant will have between 3 - 10 years experience dealing with UK commercial property and have the ability to work well with a team and with minimal supervision.
With full secretarial support provided, the successful applicant will be working within one of the areas most proactive property teams in the area dealing with a wide variety of commercial clients who require a vast array of services.
For this role, we are seeking a career driven solicitor with good marketing skills who is seeking a stable long term opportunity with great rewards.
The firm is also committed to ongoing career development of its employees and as such ongoing support and training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Applicant:
* Must have a minimum of 3 years pqe working with UK Commercial property.
* Good marketing skills
* Must have the ability to think out side the circle to attract, manage and maintain new and existing clientele.
Salary: up to £50,000 (dependant on experience) + Benefits.
Start date - ASAP.
All applicants must be living in the U.K at time of application, and be eligible to work full time and without restriction in the U.K.
