Our client requires a committed and motivated solicitor or executive to join there commercial property department based in the midlands. The firm has been established for a number of years and in that time have built a reputation on being large enough to have the expertise to cover the client's needs with that personal touch. You will be dealing with your own caseload of varied commercial property matters
There commercial property team specialises in the following areas:
Acquisition - disposal management - Buying, selling and leasing Shops, Offices, Factories, Warehouses, and Licensed Premises - Dealing Residential and Commercial Developments and Joint Venture Contracts. They also act for a number of leading Banks, Merchant Banks and Building Societies
