This well established and expanding law firm has an opportunity for a newly or recently qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy team.
The firm's clients range from large international organisations through to smaller owner managed businesses and the work is a general mix of matters such as sale and purchase, agricultural land, development and funding schemes for freehold and leasehold properties, licensed premises, rent reviews, lease renewals, estate development and property taxation.
A role exists for a newly or recently qualified solicitor to join this friendly and supportive team. You will have spent at least six months of your training within a Commercial Property team and be keen to specialise in this challenging area of law.
