Job Description

Highly regarded law firm with an international presence require a solicitor to join their Real estate Department.


This role will focus on the provision of legal advice on town and country planning issues. Compulsory purchase experience would be desirable but is not essential.


The types of work will include advising on major infrastructure projects, planning/highways agreements, compulsory purchase, compensation, highway law advice, planning enforcement, listed buildings, urban regeneration projects and advocacy at public inquiries.


As well as stand-alone work you will provide support to the active and thriving Real Estate team
