Sunderland - This established high street practice has an opportunity for a Property Lawyer to take over an existing case load. You do not need to be qualified but must be able to demonstrate a strong background in both residential and commercial property work. A minimum of 18 months experience is likely to be essential. The successful candidate will be required to run their own case load from instruction to completion without supervision. The position has arisen due to the firm's continued growth in its local market and this is considered to be sustainable.
