With 1 - 4 years PQE, you will work as part of a team providing practical advice dealing with the full range of disputes relating to the use and occupation of land. These include: - Contractual and development disputes - Rights of light, adverse possession and boundary disputes - Lands Tribunal work - Conveyancing disputes - Insolvency matters with a property angle - Professional negligence involving lawyers and surveyors - Advice on options and pre-emption rights - Advice on guarantees and surety liability - Advice relating to enfranchisement and commonhold - Landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, unauthorised assignments, sub-lettings and alterations and service charge disputes - Advice relating to easements and restrictive covenants - Compulsory purchase and compensation
