Litigation team consisting 2 Partners, solicitors and a legal executive require a qualified solicitor with a minimum 3 years PQE in property litigation, strong drafting skills required, a thorough understanding of the litigation process and ability to communicate effectively with clients explaining the processes involved, obtaining and drafting witness statements, issuing proceedings, attending district judge hearings and Court.
A good opportunity to work upon a varied caseload which will reflect the depth of the department in their services offered, including contract disputes, landlord & tenant, dilapidations, right of way and boundary disputes.
Salary dependent upon experience.
