2 Commercial Property Solicitors are sought by 2 highly regarded regional firms noted in Legal 500 and Chambers for various areas of law including commercial property.
All levels of PQE will be considered although due to the complexities of the caseload, it is anticipated that you will have no less than 18months PQE or at least 12months experience as a Trainee.
Both departments act for landowners, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, charities and retailers, and advises them on the full spectrum of matters including the purchase and sale of freehold or leasehold commercial properties, acquisition of property development and subsequent sell-off, planning issues, agricultural property advice, option agreements and conditional contracts.
