COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
Our client is a medium sized firm, with a long history in Suffolk. They have specialist areas of work within the firm, but when necessary they are also used to working as a team across the disciplines. They are then backed by an extensive and experienced group of secretaries, administrators and support staff.
The company has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial property matters including; the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold business properties, the drafting and negotiating of new leases for offices, residential and industrial premises, the acquisition of residential and commercial sites for development and the subsequent letting of units and plot sales and planning, and environmental and other property-related issues.
The firm works closely with accountants, surveyors and other professionals on a regular basis to ensure a full and complete service is provided to our clients.
Our client is currently looking to add to their successful Commercial Property department by adding a solicitor who has sound experience in sales of small business and share leases.
