A well respected commercial solicitors firm based in Suffolk recognised by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 as one of the leading firms of solicitors in East Anglia is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with sufficient experience / ability / confidence to get on with the job without having to have their hand held. They want someone with the potential to progress within the firm, ultimately to achieve partnership, and envisage that the successful candidate will have around 3 7 years PQE.
The departments work ranges from specialist work for tenants, commissioning new laboratory projects for leading edge research and development, both in Cambridge and around the UK, to acquiring hotels, taking investments especially setting up investments for pension fund purchase, due diligence for company mergers and acquisitions, and every day sales, purchases and lease of buildings for businesses.
