The current market is little hindrance to my client - they are looking for an experienced Development solicitor to join their leading team.
My client, based in north Birmingham, has a fantastic name in the property field and is still keen to recruit a star for their property team. You will be working with the development team advising landowners and developers on a range of development matters including residential, retail and leisure.
This team is weathering the storm due to their long established contacts with both major property developers and niche Midlands based developers. You will advise on all aspects of property development including:-
site assembly
acquisition/option/conditional contract
easements/wayleaves
infrastructure/adoption agreements
construction agreements
sale negotiation and disposal
You will have either strong residential or commercial development experience coupled with the desire and skill to further develop the team and its workstreams. As developer client care is required, my client is also keen to receive applications from in-house property solicitors who are keen to move into private practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a property development solicitor to join a leading field and work through the current climate.
