Leading regional firm seeks commercial property solicitor with 12 months pqe+ to join the team.
Our client is a well-respected commercial firm based in Lichfield.
The commercial property team handles the full spectrum of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, landlord & tenant and development work They act for a range of clients including SMEs, owner managed businesses, developers, landlords, tenants and investment companies. Due to client demand, the firm now seeks an additional solicitor with at least 1 year pqe to join the team.
