Private practice based in Warwickshire requires an Assistant Solicitor or FILEX qualified 1-3year PQE with detailed knowledge and capability with all areas of Site Acquisition and Disposal including Section 106 Agreements, `Golden Brick` Agreements, Development Agreements, Land Contracts and Infrastructure Agreements. The successful applicant will also possess knowledge and capability in working to and meeting budgets/targets, excellent organisational skills, an ability to deliver agreed objectives against budget and timescale constraints, good financial management of files and caseload, good drafting and organisational skills.
