This is an excellent opportunity to join this very successful High Street practice.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Solicitor with wide-ranging experience of non-contentious work who is able to Head the non-contentious work at their offices.
In particular you will provide advice and act as a point of contact for HNW, business and farming clients, deal with investment and agricultural properties and high value property (and generally complex property matters).
You will also advise on IHT and CGT issues, and act as Trustee. You will be taking over many of the long term clients from the Senior Partner who is retiring.
