This major regional law firm is looking for a 0-2 year qualified solicitor for their expanding Property Dispute Resolution team. The unit is led by an inspiring partner who strives to get the best out of people and has created a super team environment which provides a great service to clients.
The search is now on for a passionate and hardworking solicitor to handle excellent work which covers commercial landlord and tenant disputes and real property and rural land disputes which include:
Termination of Leases/Applications for Possession
Service of Break Notices and Notices to Quit
Determining interests - Lease or Licence
Business Lease Renewal
Dilapidations and Alterations
Forfeiture of Leases
Recovery of Rent arrears
Boundary disputes
Restrictive covenants, benefit and burden issues
Rights of Way, including prescriptive and express
Easements
Rights of Light, including interference and obstructions
Drainage related issues
Nuisance issues in respect of the use of land
You must have the ability to advise a variety of clients, a good or growing technical ability and a willingness to play an active role in marketing and business development.
A well-qualified solicitor with strong academics and experience gained with a leading regional, national or City firm is needed.
