If you can offer us c. 5 years' PQE of working for leading insurers in Property Insurance Claims, then we think you might be keen to hear about this new opportunity that's just come up in your specialist field.
What's more it's arisen with a firm and a half! This is a large national law firm, with a couple of key overseas sites too. They're to be found in the pages of the the Legal 500 and Chambers and have many awards and accolades to their name, including a Silver Award by Investors in People. The great thing about this firm is their philosophy, without attracting the profession's finest they would not be able to make any of these boasts.
That's where you come in. They really need a top notch solicitor who can do the job (subrogated recovery claims, property liability claims, advising on policy coverage and fraud - from claims typically arising from fire, flood, susbidence and product liability).
However, there is another strong element to this role and that is performance management, so if you thrive on getting the best out of people and enjoy mentoring, coaching, training and supervising then read on. You will need experience of this either as a solicitor or manager. Further strings to your bow will include client care, technical skills, marketing and compliance.
This is certainly a full and very challenging role as it will see you handle work, manage people and meet demands from many different directions. So, all in all it requires a special kind of lawyer.
You'll need to show your passion, commitment and cool head everyday in this job. The rewards are super both financially and in terms of job satisfaction.
