Planning Assistant/Associate Solicitor
3+PQE
South Wales/South West
Our client a leading national firm with one of the largest national planning teams in the UK now have an exciting opportunity within their south Wales office.
The work is varied and of a high quality including some of the largest urban and regeneration projects, acting for a mix of local authority and private clients, including many large national clients.
You will have the opportunity to advise on major infrastructure projects, planning/highways agreements, compulsory purchase, compensation, highway law advice, planning enforcement, listed buildings, urban regeneration projects and advocacy at public inquiries.
As well as stand-alone work you will provide support to the active and thriving Real Estate team and to the wider national planning team.
About you:
Typically, you will have at least three years post-qualification experience in planning to enable you to have gained the required breadth and depth of experience for this role.
