An NQ solicitor wishing to work in commercial property is sought to join one of the regions best ranked teams. The ideal applicant will have gained their experience to date in a Legal 500/ Chambers & Partners rated team at a large London or regional practice.
The property department is Partner led and boasts of number of the regions highest rated experts. An impressive client list includes businesses, developers, local authorities, estate owners and financial institutions.
This particular role will involve concentrating on property development matters, including regeneration projects. In short work will involve development, investment, real estate and renewable energy.
The successful candidate will enjoy an intellectually stimulating caseload, high quality work, involvement in business development and clear career progression opportunity. Salary will be at the firms NQ level circa £40,000 depending on exact skills and experience, whilst benefits include all the big firm staples.
