This respected regional law firm is now looking for an experienced Development / Land Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property department.  Working for a broad client base you will have already gained solid experience of general commercial property work to include landlord and tenant and sales and purchases but will ideally have additional expertise in all stages of acquisitions and development.  A familiarity with infrastructure agreements and planning obligations would be useful.  Our client is focussed on exceptional levels of client care so well developed client contact and communication skills are essential.  This is a successful firm with a strong office network and this post is based in a well-located and affluent market town with excellent benefits for personal and professional life.
