Our client is a long established and well regarded South West firm with offices in Bristol and Somerset. As a whole the firm is currently expanding in a number of areas but its present requirement is for an ambitious and commercially savvy property lawyer to manage its small but busy commercial property team.
The current work of the team is broad ranging, including the full remit of commercial property advice and transactions. The successful candidate will be charged with the task of managing and developing the team, both in terms of expanding the current client base and directing and motivating the team's fee earners. The ideal candidate is likely to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, excellent technical and communication skills and the drive and vision to take a small and successful team to the next level.
This could be an ideal opportunity for someone possibly working for a large regional or City firm where partnership prospects are scarce, who is keen to progress quickly and really make their mark. Excellent prospects.
