Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Planning Solicitor/Associate with a minimum 4+ years PQE or equivalent in UK Property Planning to join our client’s expanding Planning department based in the Hampshire area.
The successful applicant will be involved with many exciting projects on a national basis advising on all aspects of planning law on behalf of a variety of clients including Blue Chip clients, house builders, local authorities, public authorities, development companies and retailers. The ideal applicant will be ambitious and will have the energy & drive for business development and marketing activities to ensure the expansion plan of the department continues well into the future.
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience + excellent benefit package
