Fancy a mixed bag of property work? An opportunity has arisen for a Property specialist in Real Estate, Social Housing and Commercial Property has arisen in this successful Private Practice with a strong presence in the South East of England.
An outstanding opportunity exists for a talented lawyer specialising in RSL clients to carry out and lead on all real estate aspects of social housing work and develop and build a team.
Working with the support of the firm’s Business Development, Charities, Property, Finance and Litigation teams, you will be responsible for submitting tenders for work where invited and seek out new opportunities to bid for future work.
Potential applicants should have extensive experience in acting for RSL clients in non-contentious property matters and areas such as land acquisition, dealing with registered social landlords, sales and litigation work, real estate and commercial litigation.
Candidates will be team players with impeccable organisation skills, highly interested in practice development and marketing.
