Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced property lawyer with strong technical and business development skills, well versed in dealing with high value, complex commercial property transactions. The department is expanding and this is a great opportunity to develop your career and gain broad generalist experience in a leading regional firm. The property team is highly recommended by Chambers UK and Legal 500, receiving top rankings in both guides.

The team currently exists of a senior partner (head of department), 2 very experienced legal executives, 3 assistant solicitors, plus 2 trainees. This new role will bridge the gap between the head of the department and the rest of the team, and whilst supervisory/management skills would be an advantage, the ideal candidate will be have fantastic business development/marketing skills.

Person/ Experience required:
The ideal candidate will have excellent business development skills and a track record of growing a department by acquiring new clients. Ideally with a following (although not essential), you will be a confident, experienced professional, with a polished, consultative approach and an entrepreneurial flair.
