Residential Development /Partner-West Sussex
Introduction.
Our client is one of the leading full service law firms in Sussex with a number of Chambers listed solicitors and with a reputation of excellence.
The Role.
They have a vacancy for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with strong Residential Development experience, together with team leadership skills.
They have a Partner who has a developed practise in Residential Development. This Partner works closely with the in-house planning team and wider Real Estate group. Our client is looking for a Senior Associate or Partner to join with the existing Partner to help grow the team.
The ideal individual will be someone with significant contacts and/or a following as the individual will need to find work to cover their own costs quickly. As part of the firms established reputation their house builder practise includes a number of well known house builders, and there is the opportunity to use the contacts within the wider Firm to grow this practise further.
The individual should be a a good team player, have a history of successful business development, have a high level of technical expertise and demonstrate effective client care.
The Practice.
The law firm has over 50 Partners, dealing with focused high quality business sectors.
They have spent many years developing their knowledge of specific industries. Lawyers have been recruited who have worked in house or who have spent their careers working with companies in those industries.
This approach means that our lawyers can pool their collective experience and knowledge helping them to be better ad visors.
For their client base, this means that your lawyers understand the particular drivers and pressures within your industry. Advice is given in context and it is focused on adding value to their business. The main sector groups are:
