Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a residential / commercial property solicitor with 3 – 5 years PQE on behalf of our well established client based in the Gloucestershire area.
This dynamic firm has developed to become one of the largest firms in Gloucestershire and provides comprehensive legal advice to high net worth private and commercial clients in and around Gloucestershire.
Due to consistent success and expansion, this well known law firm is currently seeking a property solicitor to take on a role of a balanced 50 / 50 split of the firms residential and commercial property work as it arises.
The ideal applicant will be a current UK property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years UK PQE and will be able to demonstrate a proven history of both UK residential and commercial property experience. Applicants will have gained experience in managing their own caseloads from inception through to completion and possess excellent communication skills combined with a good telephone manner as well as ability to work well on their own initiative.
This position would perhaps suit somebody who is currently commuting from Gloucestershire to London (or visa versa) and would appreciate a better life/work balance.
Licensed conveyancers with a good level of experience will also be considered.
Role
With full secretarial support provided, you will be required to manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property matters and will be required to handle files from initial instruction through to complication.
Candidate
* UK property solicitor or a licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 solid years UK PQE
* Proven experience dealing with both commercial and residential property transactions.
* Ability to work on own accord with little or no supervision
