One of the most progressive firms in the region is looking for a experienced solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing property litigation team. This is an unusual and interesting role with a focus on leasehold enfranchisement work, acting for a varied client base including freeholders, landlords and tenants in relation to leasehold enfranchisement work. You will also be dealing with more general property litigation work including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, land-related property disputes, adverse possession claims, rights of way and boundary issues.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in the ongoing development of this practice. You will enjoy a high level of responsibility, coupled with excellent support as and when required from acknowledged experts in the field.
