Job Description
This established commercial law firm based in Sussex requires a Commercial Property Solicitor at Partner level to join there busy department. This position will involve carry your own case load while supervising junior staff. The firm have an enviable reputation both nationally and in the local area as having one of the leading commercial property departments. There extensive client list shows there pedigree and commitment to long term business relationships.
You will require;
Quality commercial experience as a Partner in a busy commercial property department
Have a sound employment record and academic background Proven track record at marketing and developing existing client base.
Ability to work well under pressure and carry your own complex caseload Client following an advantage but not essential Ability to supervise junior staff
Key responsibilities:
Experience in all commercial property areas - Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial property and corporate support the 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and commercial development work
