Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum 2-3 years PQE or equivalent in UK Commercial Property to join our client's expanding Property department based in the Hampshire area.
The successful applicant will be undertaking work on behalf of a variety of blue chip clients and have the opportunity to practice a broad range of Property law under good supervision. The successful applicant will have gained broad property experience in a large city or regional practice.
Key Attributes:
* 2-3 yrs UK PQE in Commercial Property
* Good Academics (2:1)
* Experience gained from wither a large national or city firm
* Good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources
* IT Literacy
* Ability to build relationships with clients and potential clients
* Excellent Interpersonal and team skills
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience + excellent benefit package
Start Date: ASAP
