Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for their Dorset office.
Applicants should have good experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work to include to include landlord and tenant work (drafting and negotiating leases of all types, dealing with leasehold management issues, experience of lease renewals to include drafting and negotiating as part of a lease renewal process), freehold work (registered and un-registered acquisitions and disposals to include accumulation of piecemeal and brown field sites for development purposes including the use of options and conditional contracts, high value residential freehold and leasehold transactions), drafting and negotiating rights of way and easements, development work acting for purchaser, seller and institutional lenders in development transactions, corporate support work – property aspects of corporate transactions.
The role is offered at Assistant or Associate level depending upon experience.
