Having recently won a sizeable tender the firm has a growing team of real estate lawyers dealing with a broad range of work from landlord and tenant, property sales and purchases, secured lending, portfolio management and development work. Particular areas of expertise include: acting for significant national companies in the electricity, gas and telecoms industries acquisitions, disposals, development and property management for national retail companies acting for companies with national requirements for operational warehouses, factories and offices, organic development, purchases, sales and portfolio management for property investment companies, corporate support work, both for the firm's own company commercial department and those of other law firms. The successful candidate is likely to have an excellent academic background and will have gained strong commercial property experience within a major regional or City law firm dealing with portfolio management for blue chip clients. The firm can provide an excellent salary and benefits package as well as well as structured career progression.
