Our client is one of the most prominent and respected practices in the Oxfordshire area. They currently have a vacancy in their Oxford office for a Commercial Property Solicitor .
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of regularly achieving significant fee income targets (circa £150 - £200 K) and this role can progress to department Head and potentially Partnership.
The role will require commercial awareness and proven ability to develop new business. Commercial property knowledge and experience in general commercial, charity and Housing associations are all a pre-requisite.
Any following would be an advantage although not essential.
This medium sized practice with an excellent reputation can offer good prospects for the right candidate.
