BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the Midlands has the following vacancy: Property Litigation Solicitor Nottingham
Property Litigation Solicitor Nottingham. Well regarded regional legal practice with a strong presence in Nottingham has an opening for a property litigation solicitor to join their property litigation team in Nottingham.
Applications are sought from property litigation solicitors who can demonstrate circa 3-6 years experience. This could be as a specialist property litigator or undertaking property litigation work as a major part of a more general commercial litigation caseload. Whilst the work will include a broad range of commercial property litigation matters, it is desired that candidates can demonstrate some exposure to contentious leasehold matters.
The team benefits from working alongside one of the regions strong commercial property teams.
Candidates should be friendly, personable and interested in litigation work. Ideally you should be able to demonstrate strong relationship building skills (internally and externally), a desire to progress your career and strong technical skills.
