Top 200 firm are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within our Real Estate department at our Nottingham Office. The role provides an important and valued secretarial service to 3 fee earners in the Commercial Property team. The ideal candidate will have experience within such an area however a good secretary with Conveyancing experience will be considered.
The role requires a proactive approach and first class skills as you will be required to work on your own initiative and perform online land registry transactions and have an understanding of search procedures and orders. You will have a fast and accurate typing speed and your responsibilities will include diary management, audio and copy typing, answering the telephone, handling queries from clients and amending documents.
