A Legal 200 commercial firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor and Partner Designate to join them. You will have at least 4 years PQE
You will inherit the caseload and contracts of the senior commercial property lawyer in the department. There is a broad mix of commercial development and landlord and tenant expertise is required, as well as excellent client management skills. A following is not essential as it is envisaged that there will be time to become the main lawyer for several important clients. There are 2 assistants in place (2 PQE and 3 PQE) to whom work can be delegated and whom the candidate will be required to 'mentor' and develop. Also in the team are 2 Partners and 2 assistants concentrating on acting for residential developers. For the right person, a golden, relatively low risk opportunity.
