Our client is a Top 100 UK firm ranked by the Legal 500 in the 1st tier of real estate practices in the East Midlands. Sat at the heart of one of the government's strategic development corridors, they are enjoying what will be a long term boom in commercial work.
Due to the impending retirement of a long-established partner, our client seeks an experienced commercial property lawyer to take over the management of a team of fee earners and to inherit a client base which includes several trophy businesses. These are busy clients and therefore the appointee will not need their own following when they join the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate from a recognised London or regional commercial firm seeking a step up to partnership or for an existing partner seeking a strong platform to build upon.
