A Solicitor (3+ yrs PQE) who has extensive Real Estate and Commercial property experience is required for a reputable law firm in Harrogate. Salary up to £75k.
The Client: Our client is as progressive, professional law firm, dedicated to its clients. This evolving law firm is best known for their long established healthcare work. Our client also provides a diverse range of legal services to a large and growing number of clients.
The Role: Applications are being welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have extensive experience within Real Estate and Commercial Property law. The successful candidate will be working with an extensive client base and will be required to undertake a variety of duties, including: Handling all aspects of sales and purchases, drafting deeds of variation, agreeing and drafting overage and escalator provisions, drafting leases for landlords and advising on a variety of matters, including healthcare.
Exciting opportunity for the right candidate, earn up to £75k (to vary depending upon experience)
